North London Derby preview: Predicted Lineup, Injury news & more

Tottenham pair Micky van de Ven and Dominic Solanke are expected to be available after overcoming respective knee and ankle injuries.

Yves Bissouma is a doubt after suffering a groin problem on international duty for Mali, while Richarlison remains out.

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard will have further tests to determine the extent of his ankle problem but he was not ruled out for this weekend by manager Mikel Arteta on Friday.

Declan Rice serves a one-match ban and Mikel Merino remains out with a shoulder injury but Gabriel Jesus is fit again and Riccardo Calafiori’s calf issue will be assessed.

Here is how we see Tottenham lining up today to face the Gunners:

Vicario, Porro, Romero, van de Ven, Udogie, Bentancur, Maddison, Kulusevski, Johnson, Solanke, Son (C).

With Bissouma picking up a late injury during the international break, we think Rodrigo Bentancur will step in for the Mali international. Kulusevski will stay down the middle and continue to thrive in that position with Maddison just behind him, hoping to overrun this underwhelming Arsenal midfield.

Wilson Odobert has started both games since he joined the club for £25m, however with Brennan Johnson’s performance off the back of Newcastle and his pace and ability to get balls in the box for the striker, we see him starting on the right today.

Finally, the striker, Dominic Solanke made the club record transfer to Spurs at the start of August, only playing 70 minutes so far agaisnt Leicester before picking up a small injury. He is back and available today, and we see him going straight back into the thick of it.
